Many of the super dirty rugs are either from a flood or fire, or they were tossed into garbage because someone abused them. Like using to line garage floor and oil soaked it, for example. I had a kitchen fire and the amount of soot plus powdered chemical was astounding! I had throw rugs and furniture that all had to be cleaned.

So often when watching, I think look at all that dirt from that rug. This was one of those times so it was a shock to see the colour change after the blue brightening agent had been put down. Wow! You must have a pick up and drop off service for these very dirty heavy rugs. I cannot see anyone wanting to pick it up and place in their vehicle to bring to you. Another satisfied customer got that rug back!

Do people really come with filthy rugs like that???? Great before and after pictures just shows what a great job you do!
